Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Exchange or Cancellation:

All our products are custom-made, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that once 12 hours have passed, your order will have already entered production and cannot be modified. We are not responsible for any incorrect information provided after this timeframe. Buyers assume all risks associated with choosing the wrong style and size, and no return or refund will be accepted in such cases.

  1. Lost Orders:

In the event that your order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement to you at no additional cost. You will be provided with a tracking number, which we will use to determine if the order has been lost in transit or delivered.

  1. Mistakes in the Missing Address or Wrong Delivery Address:

If there are any errors in the missing address or if you provide us with the wrong shipping address, resulting in unsuccessful delivery and return to us, please contact us promptly, and we will resolve the issue for you.

  1. Return Policy or Replacement:

We take pride in our quality control processes, but if you encounter any of the following issues upon receiving your package, please inform us by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number:

  • The printed image is unclear.
  • The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
  • You received the wrong package compared to your order.
  • The product is damaged (torn, dirty) due to delivery.
  • The order is not the correct size, color, or style as per your order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us.

If your product exhibits any of the above issues, please contact us via email or through our website, providing pictures of the errors and your order number. We will verify the issue and proceed with a refund or replacement if necessary.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • We do not accept responsibility for size-related issues if we made the item according to your request. However, if we ship the wrong size compared to your order, we will follow the above policy.
  1. Refunds Policy:

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment used for the order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, it can only be sent back in the same manner it was received. This is the fastest and most secure way to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund issues: Below are a few reasons for receiving a full refund:

  • Duplicate order: We will cancel and refund one for you.
  • Your item(s) have not been received within 30 days, or you received a damaged/faulty item (see conditions in the RETURN POLICY). In such cases, we will prioritize replacement orders, and you will not need to return the item(s). However, if you still wish to receive a refund, we will process it as a store credit or refund once we receive the returned item(s) from you.

If you wish to return your order without any issues originating from us, you may do so, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be equivalent to the shipping cost of $4.99.

  1. How to Return Your Item(s):

Step 1: How to Return?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unused, and undamaged in any way. All original sewn-in or hang tags must still be intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). However, if the return is due to our mistake, the return shipping fee will be waived. If you wish to return the item without any issues originating from us, the return shipping fee will be equivalent to the shipping cost of $4.99.

Step 2: Our Return Process.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The return process may take some time for comparison and discussion with our partner. After that, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process once we have issued it.

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time required before a refund is posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
