Shipping policy

 

At KreamShirt, we take great care in creating and delivering each item to meet your unique preferences. Here’s how our shipping process works:

  1. Order Confirmation: After you make a purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing essential details such as the order number, order summary, total cost, and the shipping address you provided.

  2. Custom-Made Products: Every item you order is custom-made just for you. We don’t maintain pre-existing stock in a warehouse. The printing process typically takes 3-5 business days from February to October and 5-7 business days from November to January. We work with a global network of third-party printers known for their expertise. The product type you order and your shipping address influence where the item is manufactured. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

  3. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times vary based on the destination and are automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipping Fees: A shipping tracking link will be provided for your order when it is shipped. If not stated otherwise, shipping fees specified in US Dollars (USD) will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping : $4.99 (Shipping time 7 – 14 Business days)
  • International Shipping: $12.99 (Shipping time 10 – 15 Business days)
  • Get Free Shipping on all orders over $99

 

International Taxes and Duties: All shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. The shipping address is selected during checkout, and prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and charges will be adjusted based on the country you choose for delivery. We dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
